1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or not as described.

  • A return request is made within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all accessories/manuals.

Products that show signs of misuse, damage due to customer handling, or are missing original packaging will not be eligible for return.


2. How to Request a Return

To request a return:

  1. Email us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Include your order number, product name, reason for return, and photos (if the item is damaged or defective).

  3. Wait for our return authorization and instructions (usually sent within 24–48 hours).


3. Return Process and Timeframe

  • After your return is approved, the product must be sent back within 5 business days.

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.


4. Refunds

  • If approved, a full refund (excluding any applicable shipping costs) will be issued.

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.


5. Exchanges

  • If you prefer, we can offer a replacement item instead of a refund, depending on product availability.

  • Exchanges are subject to the same conditions and timelines as returns.


6. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Used or physically damaged items not due to transit or manufacturing defect

  • Opened earphones/headphones (for hygiene reasons) unless defective
